Website Terms of Use

Terms governing the public Blue Circle website and its educational tools.

Informational use

This website and its resources are provided for general educational information. They do not constitute legal, investment, financial, or individualized tax advice.

No client relationship

Website use, a resource download, a calculator result, a Calendly booking, or an introductory conversation does not create a client relationship. A professional engagement begins only after Blue Circle accepts the work and the required engagement terms are completed.

Calculator limitations

Calculator results are estimates based only on the information entered and the assumptions shown. Blue Circle does not guarantee a refund, balance, tax result, penalty, interest amount, or agency outcome.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide, for reviewing filings and deliverables before approval, and for meeting applicable filing and payment deadlines.

Third-party services

The website may link to Calendly, government websites, social networks, portals, payment services, and other external systems. Those providers control their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Blue Circle’s website content, branding, downloads, and original educational materials belong to Blue Circle Tax Consultants LLC and may not be republished or sold without permission.

Professional engagements

Services performed for accepted clients are governed by the applicable engagement letter and related professional terms. If those terms conflict with these website terms concerning professional services, the engagement terms control.

Contact and governing law

These website terms are governed by Oregon law to the extent applicable. Questions may be sent to ryan@bluecircletax.com or Blue Circle Tax Consultants LLC, PO Box 157, Colton, OR 97017.

Professional review recommended.

Website terms should be reviewed with Blue Circle’s attorney before the final public launch, particularly any limitation-of-liability or dispute-resolution language added to them.
