Text may be used to begin contact, but not for SSNs, document photos, tax forms, or financial credentials.
Use your portal invitation
Accepted clients receive instructions for secure upload, messaging, signatures, and document delivery.
Verify unusual requests
If a payment or information request feels unexpected, stop and verify it using a known Blue Circle phone number.
Watch for impersonation
Blue Circle will not ask you to disclose passwords, one-time security codes, or complete account credentials.
Report concerns promptly
Call 971-459-6749 if you suspect a message or request claiming to be from Blue Circle is not legitimate.
Public calculator privacy
The website calculators are designed to use non-identifying amounts and calculate locally in the visitor’s browser. They do not need names, SSNs, addresses, account numbers, or document uploads.
Website boundaries
Using the website, downloading a resource, or scheduling through Calendly does not create a preparer-client relationship. Engagement begins only after Blue Circle accepts the work and required terms are completed.
