How public-site analytics, external scheduling, and secure client systems are separated—and how you control optional tracking.
This website provides information, public educational tools, and links to third-party services. It does not include a public tax-document upload or a Blue Circle contact database.
Blue Circle’s calculators are designed to run in your browser and do not ask for names, Social Security numbers, addresses, bank information, or account credentials.
When you choose to schedule, you leave this website and provide information directly to Calendly. Calendly’s privacy practices and terms apply to that interaction.
Do not include sensitive taxpayer information in a scheduling response unless Blue Circle has specifically directed you to an approved secure channel.
The website is hosted through GoDaddy. Like most web hosts, GoDaddy may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and similar operational information.
When you select “Allow analytics,” this website may load Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and limited interactions such as phone, email, scheduling, or Get Started clicks. Information processed by Google may include device and browser details, page location, referring information, approximate location, cookie or device identifiers, and IP-derived technical information.
Blue Circle configures the tag without Google advertising signals or ad-personalization signals. Additional Google account settings, browser controls, and Google’s own practices may also affect processing. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
When you select “Allow analytics,” this website may load the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and limited contact-interest events. Meta may use pixel information for measurement, attribution, audience creation, and advertising in accordance with its policies and your Meta account settings.
Blue Circle disables the pixel’s automatic configuration in the website code and sends only the page-view and limited contact-intent events described above. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are blocked until you affirmatively allow them. A declined choice is also applied automatically when a supported browser sends Global Privacy Control before you have made another choice.
Your choice is stored locally in that browser so the website can remember it. You can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer and change the setting. Declining later blocks future website events and attempts to clear common analytics cookies, but it cannot recall information already sent to a provider.
Blue Circle’s website implementation does not deliberately send calculator field values, tax-document contents, Social Security numbers, banking information, scheduling-form responses, email addresses, phone numbers, or secure client-portal data to Google Analytics or Meta.
Only the fact that a visitor selected a contact method is recorded; the website does not include the phone number or email address in the analytics event.
Accepted clients receive separate instructions for the secure portal and other professional-service systems. Those systems may process documents, signatures, payment information, and taxpayer data under their applicable notices and the terms of the engagement.
Communications may be retained as business records. Ordinary email and text should not be used for tax documents, SSNs, identity documents, bank information, or other sensitive tax data.
